Amazon.com is the world's largest online retailer. Their goal is to be Earth's most customer-centric company; thus, they need consistent benefit communications to maintain global brand consistency and integrity.
Goal
As there is no clear guidance to tailor the core Amazon benefits to the NPA segment, potentially confusing the NPA customer and causing friction, this hub presents a new experience for NPA customers that caters more to their unique shopping needs.
